Self contained space with lock box access. Perfect in these Covid restricted times that we are dealing with. Die Buitekamer is situated in the heart of the mountains, forests and vineyards. The small university town of Stellenbosch is a wonderful place to visit and is 3km down the road from us. All guests are welcome to stay in this relaxing, quiet and cosy room with it's own separate entrance. Nestled below the beautiful Stellenbosch mountain range and surrounded by neighbouring vineyards.

We have a self contained, quiet, cosy, double volume room with an en suite bathroom and a small outside patio for you to relax and unwind. It has a separate entrance so you can come and go at your leisure.

We have a pool on the property that guests can use. Stellenbosch can get very hot in the Summer months.

We have stocked the room with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses etc that you will need. There is a selection of tea, coffee, milk, rusks and cereal. There are maps and brochures of the surrounding wine farms and places of interest in the top drawer of the dressing table. Check in is easy as I have a lock box and the code is sent to you prior to your arrival.

I grew up in Durban (28 years), moved to Johannesburg (22 years) and now living in beautiful Stellenbosch. Mum to a daughter and three stepchildren. Love to travel especially trekking in the Himalayas which has a special place in my heart. Crazy about art, design and renovating. Love exploring new places to eat, catching up with friends, reading, walking in the mountains, and relaxing at home.
