Separate entrance. 1/2 hour walk and 2 min. drive to downtown which is full of restaurants, galleries, & cultural events. Other than a couple places where some people will have to stoop (air duct in ceiling), it's a totally liveable apt. - livingrm, bedrm, kit, & bath! The duct spot is 5'10" or 11" from floor.
Wifi; no TV. Legal street parking.
