U can easily walk 2 Redfern Village and other entertainment. Bedroom has a king & living room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Outside the apartment is a courtyard 4 great outdoor living. Unit includes usage to 2 bikes (Beach Cruisers). Pool Access close by. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. SEE RULES

STAIRS: Please note that although there are not any stairs for most of this unit, there are 2 steps that lead into the bedroom. You can see the steps sticking out in one of the listing pictures.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the island remains unchanged in comparison to other areas because of the pandemic, I can’t guarantee the status of amenities, shops, and restaurants during this odd time. Unfortunately, if something is closed that is out of my control, I would be powerless in trying to force them to be open. Please just be aware of this if your are booking a property anywhere during a global pandemic.
