A modern new front-line open plan bungalow/apartment 300 metres from the sea situated in an elevated position in the grounds of The Hideaway, a private villa within 10-15 minutes walking distance of Puerto Calero, with wonderful sea and mountain views and free wifi. A new Sports Club has just opened in Puerto Calero within walking distance providing a fitness centre, personal training, heated swimming pool, paddle tennis, triathalon, football/basket ball, kids area, sports bar and cafeteria.

The bungalow/apartment sits on its own land behind my rock covered cottage, has its own private patio with sunbeds and small marble table and 2 chairs. Just a field between it and the start of Puerto Calero. There is a large driveway with private parking.

No breakfast provided but welcome pack consisting of bread or croissants, butter, jam, milk, water, tea, sugar and coffee.
Washing machine
Hair dryer. Fully equipped for self-catering.
Smoke alarm, carbonate monoxide detector and safety blanket.

Puerto Calero, only a few minutes from my doorstep, is an upmarket marina with a variety of yachts and motor boats, a catamaran excursion boat, a submarine, fishing trips and a water taxi to Puerto de Carmen, the main tourist area on the island. There is a small market held every Tuesday and Friday morning. Friday afternoon there are yacht races outside the marina which can be seen from the apartment.
