Blackout curtains put up upon request.

Easy electronic 4 digit door code access messaged to you two or three days prior to arrival. No need to stop at the front desk. Ramp goes into the lobby for wheelchairs. Elevators. Luggage carts. The resort has 19 floors, on-site restaurant, bar, fitness room, oceanfront pool deck, year round outdoor heated pool, outdoor whirlpool spa, lounge chairs. Checkout by 10am and checkin after 3pm.( No flexibility with this on the "weekends" due to heavy load with housekeeper.) Thank you.

Non-smoking in the room. Can smoke on the balcony. Onsite restaurant with buffet breakfast, gourmet sandwiches, bar. Complimentary wi-fi, cable TV. Fitness room, year round temperature controlled outdoor pool at 88 degrees, outdoor hottub/spa. The resort doesn't allow pets. The free parking is a detached covered multi-level parking garage directly across the street. Parking decal is in the condo in the nightstand. Add romance/ appreciation package with champagne or better wine and roses or spring bouquet(both for $50). Message owner to add $50. $25 flowers only or $25 for a good wine only placed in the condo. Airport ten minute drive, amusement park seven minute drive. Appropriate 4 persons occupancy.

I purchased my condo in this resort because it's fun, beautiful and not overflowing with (Website hidden by Airbnb) long waits at the elevators; even though It's in the most popular area of the beach. It's centrally located near amusements, fine dining and shopping. It makes me happy when my guests tell me they had a wonderful stay. Happy guests are my goal.
