Our studio is clean, comfortable, bright and airy in a tropical garden on the ground floor of our home and just a ten minute walk to a local beach. It is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers as it’s location is close to local attractions, beaches and shops. We are minutes of the Pacific Highway halfway between Sydney and Brisbane.

You’ll love our place it’s a comfortable, tidy space with a queen size bed, café table/chairs, easy chairs, own ensuite, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, tea/coffee/light breakfast/milk, quality linen/ towels, TV/DVD wifi and Netflix. Outside table and chairs to enjoy the tropical garden. There is no kitchen/cooking facilities except a microwave, toaster, kettle and a small fridge. We also have a pool which you are welcome to use. If you have a baby/toddler we do have a portacot /high chair you can use. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.

The studio has it’s own separate entrance so you can come and go as you please. There are no steps and parking is in front of the house on the drive pad.

Hi, we are Wayne and Dennis retired professional couple Midwife and Commonwealth Public Servant. We have both travelled a lot ourselves and enjoy meeting new people. We have always owned and cared for our own homes, including gardens and swimming pools, and have house-swapped on numerous occasions, I add this because we always treat other people's homes as we do ours and hope this would be reciprocated. We are young at heart, fit and healthy and as such we enjoy being out and about in our fabulous Coffs community, enjoying early morning scenic walks, riding our bikes and visiting many of the great local cafes, restaurants and attractions.
