Welcome to The Bird's Nest, your base camp for all of your Sun Valley area adventures! Our townhome is conveniently located 1 mile from downtown Ketchum, and less than 5 min from the Warm Springs lifts. Single track trail access is 2 short blocks away and connects to the Adams Gulch trail system with many miles of non motorized trails to enjoy by foot or by pedal. The bike path to Ketchum and Sun Valley, and the free shuttle bus stop are just around the corner from our front door.

Our townhome is nestled among the trees in a neighborhood setting and features 2 bedrooms and one full bath on the ground level. The 1st bedroom has one queen bed and large closet. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and two large closets with tons of storage.
All beds are outfitted with incredibly comfortable Tuft and Needle mattresses. Each bed comes with two down pillows and two down alternative pillows for your ultimate sleeping comfort. Bedding includes 500 count cotton sheets, fleece blankets and premium down comforters. All mattresses and pillows have Sleep Safe protection. A surplus of plush towels are provided, including oversized beach towels for the pool.
Upstairs is open living with vaulted ceilings and a south facing wall of windows that let in tons of light. The living area looks out to a tree filled courtyard. The second full bath is located off of the den area. The den includes a laptop ready desk and office chair with basic office supplies for your business needs.

The neighborhood consists of townhomes and single family homes, close to downtown Ketchum and close to great hiking, biking and skiing. Ketchum is filled with fabulous restaurants and I am happy to recommend based on tastes.
