Beautiful recently refusbished one bedroom apartment, conveniently located right in the centre of Keswick with private off street parking. The apartment consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room including a log burner and smart TV. There is a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a large enclosure power shower. You could not be more conveniently located to access all that Keswick has to offer, everything is within very easy walking distance... enjoy!

The apartment consists of a large, open plan kitchen, diner and living room with a log burner. It has a seperate bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. You have full, unlimited internet access and a 50 inch smart TV. Tea and coffee facilities are included as are all cooking facilities.
You are centrally located in Keswick and all of the towns facilities are within easy walking distance (as is the lake).
You have a private parking space in the car park to the rear of the property (the space is for a normal sized car and so if you have a large vehicle then do not be surprised if it is a tight fit)

How to find the apartment
The Address is - Flat 1, 5 St Johns Street, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 5AP.
Following a sat nav will bring you to the front of the building (you will see ‘The Red Fort’ and ‘Open All Hours’ – My apartment is above ‘Open All Hours’).
Parking -
The parking is located behind this building. To drive to this you need to go down the hill. You will pass the George Hotel (the road bears right). Opposite ‘Costa coffee’ there is a small road leading to the car park.
You have parking bay number 5 it is on the left as you enter the carpark (it has a yellow barrier). There is no code for this, just remove the prop
Access to the apartment - I have a key box located at the rear entrance to the apartment (as you look at the rear entrance to the George Hotel look left and you will see a metal staircase – (it is quite concealed between two buildings). The key box is at the top of the stairs. Enter the blue door and my apartment is the Oak door. There is also a front entrance to the apartment which is accessed through the entrance to Open All Hours convenience store (open 8am-10pm). The apartment is number 1.
I provide some logs and coal for the log burner however if you need any more then they are sold downstairs in Open All Hours.

Fire Alarm Details
There are two fire alarms that will alert you to an issue in the building.
One is hard wired into my apartment and will sound due to Smoke or Carbon Monoxide – this will sound until the air is safe. (If you set off due to cooking then waft some air across the sensor and it will stop).

Communal Fire alarm System
This alarm has sensors in the communal areas (smoke and heat) and also a sensor in each apartment.
Should this alarm go off then it is important to leave the apartment as there could be a fire.
Instructions for how to silence or re-set the fire alarm
It is important to only silence the fire alarm if you are sure that there is no fire
(There are three apartments in the building – one below and one opposite my apartment and the sensors are internal however next to the door – smoke should be evident if there is a fire)
The control panel for the fire alarm is located by the door of Open All Hours (on the right).
The alarm will show where there is a fire by lighting up Zone 1,2,3 or 4.
If there is no fire then the alarm can be silenced by typing 2143 into the control panel and then pressing the red button ‘silence/resound sounders’
If you need to evacuate by the Open All Hours door after 10pm then use the relevant key.
