The house is new and modern with private access to two bedrooms - one with two single beds and the other with a queen double bed. Both the rooms have built in wardrobes with shelving. There is also a private bath, shower and vanity and separate toilet and hand basin. All this is in the one section of the house giving complete privacy. The area that we live in Richmond is new with modern houses and close to shops and shopping mall. Richmond is one of the fastest growing areas in NZ.

Richmond is unique in that it receives the highest sunshine hours in NZ and is the start of the Abel Tasman National park with kayaking in various bays around the coastline. Snow fields are available in winter. There are several excellent wineries in the close proximity. Richmond district is the only place in NZ to grow hops and provides the basis for the many award winning craft breweries in the district.
