Occupying the front part of a “chai” (wine warehouse) and designed by an architect, the airy, loft style 97sq. m. first floor apartment opens on the port. The property has been in the family for several generations, has been recently renovated, and is tastefully decorated. It sleeps up to 6 and is fully equipped.

The property is composed of a large living area with a high ceiling, one bed room w/ aircon, a 20sq. m. mezzanine, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle etc… dishwasher, washer/dryer) and a large terrace looking out to the port. Internet and TV with USB port. Large shady courtyard on the ground floor. The property faces the South West, and is full of light, although there is an overhanging roof to keep the heat out in the summer.

You will have access to the whole apartment, terrace and the shady courtyard.

There are many restaurants in Marseillan, but a reservation is recommended, especially during peak season.
The property is fully furnished with a mixture of modern and French counrty furniture, has been in the family for several generations, and has been renovated. We ask for a breakage deposit of 300 euros, as stated in the conditions, cash or check, that is fully refunded at the end of your stay if there is no problem.
