This property has luxurious private accommodation. It sleeps up to 4 people - perfect for either 2 people, 2 couples or a family and an option of an additional single bed if 5 people wish to stay.
It is close to West Wittering beach, has many coastal walks, numerous family activities and restaurants.
Please note that there is another listing, Spindles Annex, which sleeps a further 2 people. Therefore, if available, it combines to make an ideal stay for a family and parents too.

Everything within the property (‘Spindles’) has been finished to a high standard. Upon entering through into the gated property there are secure allocated parking bays off the beautiful original driveway - one for each bedroom. A path leads you alongside the decked seating area to the private oak front door. Inside, there is a large entrance hall with doors leading to the bedrooms (both with luxury en-suite facilities) and the kitchen/diner/living room.

The rented part of 'Spindles' is a very private 2 bedroom house with its own front garden. Within the garden there is a shed which residents may use to store their bicycles and other beach equipment. Behind the shed there are 2 kayaks (single and double) which you may use (obviously at your own risk!!). Inside the entrance, I have provided a selection of games (for all ages) for people to relax and enjoy. A selection of brochures will be available for those wishing to venture a little further from the beach.

This beautiful property is ideally located for many reasons. The Beach: West Wittering beach is one of the finest in the country and only a short walk away (5 minutes). The part of the beach closest to this property benefits from being quiet even in the height of summer. At the far end of the beach lies East Head – this is a sand and shingle spit owned by the National Trust, and makes for an excellent walk. Various Coastal Walks: there are many walks from ‘Spindles’ and, one of my favourites, is the footpath alongside Chichester Harbour. A photocopied sheet shows this and other alternatives. Other walks: there are numerous walks close to Chichester. The Shops: there are a wide selection of shops only ½ mile from ‘Spindles’ offering many amenities – including a fishmonger, butcher, groceries and several cafes. City of Chichester : this is approximately 6 miles (10 km) north of ‘Spindles’ and provides a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and an amazing theatre. Also Chichester has a beautiful cathedral. Goodwood: ‘Spindles’ is very well situated for those wishing to go to Goodwood racecourse or Goodwood car events.

I have been at Spindles, West Wittering for the past 20 years and I live with my 2 grown-up children. We are so lucky living here with the beautiful walks and beach nearby. I enjoy playing tennis, walking, running and have a well-earned pint!
