It is in Devonport very close to small milk bar/coffee shop, 2 restaurants 2 minutes away (Mrs Jones is probably the best restaurant in Devonport if not in Tasmania), beautiful beaches, beautiful walking tracks and recreation area.
It is only 1.7km about 20 minutes walking or 2 minutes driving to the city centre.
I believe it is the best location in Devonport.
