Frangipani is one of two suites in Maraval Rd. Apartments, Centrally located in Port of Spain it is specifically designed for short term rentals, fully air conditioned with two en Suite bedrooms and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge.

Two queen bed, en Suite bedrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge area, fully secured by lockable main front entrance and suite entrance doors. Fully equipped kitchen and dining for six, cableTV, broadband Wi Fi internet, light duty washer and dryer, personal safes in each ( lockable) bedroom.
Frangipani can also be configured as a one bedroom unit by locking off the front bedroom/ bathroom and can then be rented as such when Oleander is not available at the same rates as Oleander.

その他の特記事項
The access to the two suites, Frangipani( two bedroom) and Oleander( one bedroom) which comprise Maraval Road Apartments is by a main front door with intercom access up a central stairway to the individual entrance doors. It is not wheel chair accessible and not really suitable for children as there is no external play area.
Both suites have emergency exits other than the main entrance.
There is secure parking for one vehicle, shared with Oleander, on a first come basis under the units. Restricted street parking is available on Maraval Road, and the adjacent French Street. Parking is not permitted in the access driveway which is shared by other properties.

Maraval Road,Newtown is a safe, vibrant central location handily situated for access to downtown, east and west Port of Spain and the residential suburbs.
It has many restaurants, bars and night life and sporting options within easy walking distance, as are most of the embassies, two gymnasiums, churches and medical facilities. Although on site and (restricted) street parking are available a car is not necessary as public transport is readily available.

I am a retired british Chartered Accountant although I have lived in the west indies for nearly 50 years. My wife is a retired medical doctor, Trinidadian and British. We travel extensively and have homes in Bequia (ST. Vincent and the Grenadines, Intervale (New Hampshire, USA) and London, UK. which we also rent short term when we are not using them. Our primary retirement occupation is property management and we have a number of longer term leased residential properties- our guiding principle has always been that we will not own or rent anything in which we ourselves would not be happy to live in. Our main pass times, apart from travel, are boating-sail and power, deep sea fishing, skiing, classical music-particularly opera and good food and wine. We also spend time in Europe, usually Italy and the south of France. We have three children and five grandchildren who have become the focal point of our lives.

We have a property manager who will arrange access and deal with any issues that may arise. It is also possible to self check in by using the lockbox provided. We also have a designated co host if we are not available.
