My apartment, with parking included is located within close reach of Central London. It is a 10minute walk from Leagrave Train station which serves St Pancras International, St Albans and Brighton amongst others. London Luton airport can be reached within 10 minutes and Luton and Dunstable Hospital is just over a mile away.
It's perfectly located for a number of local attractions including Dunstable Downs, Whipsnade Zoo, Luton Hoo, Woburn Abbey, Woburn Safari Park, Wrest Park

Please contact us with your requested check in time. Please note due to COVID-19 and the requirement to deep clean the apartment between guests we may not be able to meet your requested check in time and ask that you check in advance or be flexible.

Smoking is not allowed within the apartment but there is an external smoking area available.
Guests are expected to provide photo ID such as passport or driving licence at check in. Photo copies of these will be taken at the time for our record.
Bedding, towels, soap, shower gel, tea coffee and milk are provided for all guests

My apartment is located in the lovely area of Leagrave, with a mini supermarket within a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
Marsh Road with its good mix of restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and other local shops is within a 10minute walk from the apartment.
Luton town centre with its Shopping Mall, Cinema, Casino, Bowling Alley, Bars and Restaurants is a 10 minute drive away or 4 minutes on the train.
The historic city of St Albans can be reached within 20 minutes by car or train.
London St Pancras international where the Eurostar departs from is reached within 38 minutes by train and has high speed access to
Stratford (Westfield shopping centre) and provides access to a range of other cities within the UK.

At handover guests will get the following an Information Booklet including:
*Map of local area
*Train timetables
*Tube map
*Instructions how to use the facilities within the apartment
*Tips for the local area including local restaurants
We will be available upon request for any hints tips or advice
Please note the apartment is currently listed for sale and there maybe times where an estate agent may need to show perspective buyers around the property. We would appreciate our guests co-operation with this. We will endeavour to give at least 24 hours notice before any viewing and anyone viewing will be in full PPE. Guests can choose to remain in the property during the visit should they wish but this isn’t essential.
