This low-density complex is situated on over 5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, and includes central A/C, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 shuffleboard courts, BBQs, and more, all on Sugar Beach!!

Maalaea Surf Resort is an amazing beachfront property with only 59 units set on over 5 acres of lush tropical landscaping. Designed to replicate the feel of old Hawaii, the resort has nine 2-story Polynesian buildings with amazing ocean views from each condo. The 200 yard white sandy beach that borders the property is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boards and building sand castles. Amenities included in the rental price are on-resort parking, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts and eight bbq grills. Our amazing housekeeping staff clean the rooms three days per week. This also is included in the rental price.
Our condo is located on the second floor which allows for a spectacular unobstructed view of the ocean from our large 160 square foot lanai. At 1,261 square feet, the condo is perfect for groups up j to 6 people. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted into a king bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two people. Over $100,000 has recently been spent renovating the condo with an amazing new kitchen, bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and furniture. The condo comes packed with beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, body boards, and more.
