Located in a Mobile Home Park close to public transport,beautiful Greenbelt and Lake Park next door, downtown Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Marketplace Shopping, Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens, ASU, Casino Arizona, Golf courses, Spring Training and Scottsdale Stadium, free shuttles.

Cute, cozy and small 8x9ft private studio adjacent to the mobile home that looks out onto large open backyard area. You will have your own desk/workspace in your room and a window air conditioner for your comfort. There is a glass window in the ceiling “Moon roof” .
This is a VERY BASIC NO FRILLS ACCOMMODATION.
OUTSIDE TOILET and SHOWER, shared with another guest in backyard.

Our 'Groovy Trailer Guesthomes' offer a unique urban adventure, located in an eclectic mobile home park. Scottsdale Mobile Estates is an all ages Mobile Home Community right next to a beautiful Lake Park and the famed 14-mile Scottsdale Greenbelt and Bike Path. The neighborhood is unique for sure...eclectic, modest, with some old trailers alongside new manufactured homes. Host has lived here many years and it has been safe, comfortable and convenient. The central location is a key feature, with downtown Scottsdale and Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Marketplace Mall nearby, Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens, ASU, SCC, Casino Arizona, Golf Courses, Nightlife, Scottsdale Stadium, Spring Training, Free Shuttles, and more.

One of the best amenities of our home is the access that we have right next door to the Scottsdale Greenbelt. This stretch of scenery is home to bike-riders, runners, walking enthusiasts and people-watchers alike. Many of our guests enjoy using the Greenbelt for their everyday enjoyment of the great weather during the Arizona winter months.

The Scottsdale Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt is an oasis of parks, lakes, paths and golf courses traversing 12 miles through the heart of Scottsdale. The Greenbelt features more than 24 grade-separated crossings, meaning users can avoid major cross traffic. This world-renowned flood control project is rated among the top urban “green spaces” in Arizona.
