In addition, each unit provides a King-size sofa bed so naturally this can be ideal for an additional couple or children and therefore utilising these, sleeping accommodation could be provided for a maximum of 32 guests.
Flintstone cottages would be ideal location for a large family group wishing to meet up (whilst still retaining an element of independence) or alternatively, booked as a convenient rural base for an individual or couple to have a quiet get away.
Open Barn style parking is available adjacent to the apartments and the apartments are very secure and private being half a mile down a remote farm track towards the Railway; yet very close to Chichester and the surrounding amenities and attractions.

The Barn2 bed The Barn is the most characteristic of our self-catering apartments. Occupying the west end of the Farmhouse this delightful accommodation has been converted from the old barn. On the ground floor there is King-size bedroom, luxury bathroom with shower and bath and an open plan vaulted living/ kitchen area. The Barn features a well-equipped modern kitchen, wall mounted TV, Free Sat, Large Sofa with integrated King-size sofa bed, wood-burning stove and The Diana Dors* stained Glass Window. A galleried mezzanine floor contains a Double bed. A set of glazed patio doors lead out to a small garden with decking area for outside eating.
