Welcome to my luxurious house. Walking distance to Parque Del Este Tennis tournament. 15 min from the airport and 5 min from many tourist attractions. I'm a bilingual American who knows the country very well. Free airport pickup for booking 7+days. Large bedroom with large closet, Private bathroom with hot water, air condition, queen bed, WI-FI, Fan,Led TV and CableWasher and Dryer, Fully equipped kitchen, and many more extras.running water. Security cameras and plenty of parking.

Very roomy and comfortable house. Well lit common areas and always cool and breezy on the second floor. You'll have all the privacy you'll need here including locks on your bedroom and bathroom. Large open balcony for night-sky enjoyment. There is fast WiFi and cable TV and you also get a digital media player in your room for movie enjoyment from my collection of hundreds of films. This is my home so i keep it cleaner than hotels. You get your own spacious fully loaded bathroom with hot-water. You can smoke in any of the two balconies.

My guest will have access to all my common areas. This is a fully equip house US style. From hot running water which must other listing don't have to American washer and dryer. I have a fully equip kitchen from refrigerator, microwave to stove for your cooking needs and a large open terrace for enjoying the cool breeze, the beautiful night sky and smoking if need be.

Be aware there are other listings near by even cheaper ones but not in areas that are safe. This is the safest neighborhood on this side of the bridge and conveniently located right by the entrance of the tunnels that take you to the center of the city. I have 10 cameras surrounding the premises and there is plenty of parking available.

About 3min. from Los Tres Ojos, 5min from National Aquarium and Agua Splash water park, El Faro a colon and many more. 10min from Colonial zone and also from the center of the city. 3 parks where people workout within walking distance.
