The space is a converted factory with original polished concrete floors and high windows with an abundance of natural light! There is easy access to public transport, restaurants and sights. Eden Park and Spark Arena are both easily reached for events and getting to/from Auckland Airport is a breeze!

The kitchen is fully equip with modern appliances, suitable for both short and longer stays. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and power supply for charging devices. The modern bathroom has been freshly remodeled with a clean, city chic design

The building itself is very secure, with electronic locks at the entrance and a deadbolt to the apartment. There is a gated carpark where you can safely park your vehicle, also accessed by electronic key.
