Our home is close to the Beach, wineries, parks, ranch, hikes, outdoors sports. You’ll love the home because of its Great ocean views, the location, the amenities, the ambiance, the outdoors space, newly renovated. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Recently updated with brand new kitchen/appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring and very large 800 sqft deck with great ocean views. Deck has been recently redone as well along with new flooring throughout the property. No Carpet!!!
This beautiful beach house is a few blocks away from the ocean and it is also very close to downtown Morro Bay where all the restaurants and activities are. Wi-Fi access, fully equipped kitchen (pots pans dishes) etc...
Floor to Ceiling windows from Master Bedroom and living room overlooking the ocean. House is located at a dead end where you overlook wild sanctuary with eucalyptus trees from a distance. Immaculately clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath house overlooking Morro Bay and scenic Morro Rock.
Home is nicely furnished with comfortable furniture, beds (1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed and 1 pull out couch that sleeps two people), beautiful kitchen, separate family room, living room, separate dining room, water softener, plenty of car space on the lot next door which we own.
Activities: 20 minutes from Hearst Castle, Wine Tasting, Sport Fishing, Whale Watching, Fine Dining and Much More!
