Private and quiet two room suite! It includes two separate rooms, one with a queen size bed, crib, futon sofa and dining area. The other room includes a full size bed, dresser, closet and 3/4 bath. Each room has a 4KHD SMART ROKU TV and free WiFi. Full refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Please note *no stove*. Complimentary fresh fruit, water, coffee, tea, juice and snacks! Free laundry! Children welcome! Pet free, smoke free environment with a UV, iconic *air purifier* on the HVAC system!

Free parking on the pad in front of the house! Your private entrance leads to a full basement that includes 2 sleeping areas, dining area and galley area. Bathroom with a shower, laundry room, WiFi and Roku SMART TVs. Outside there is a deck, bbq grill and backyard with a play area for the kids!

Please note, my husband and I live on the property. Our bedroom is on the second floor and we have a separate living area on the back of the house, but we do come in to use the kitchen and the bathroom, so you may hear us walking around. Please note, the ceiling in the smaller room is lower.
