1 bedroom-2 bath, beach front single story home located in a small, quiet neighborhood, 2.5 miles north of downtown Los Barriles.
Take in sweeping views of sea, sky and coastline from Punta Pescadero to La Ribera. Watch the sun, and the moon, rise over the Sea of Cortez from virtually every room in the house. Retreat from the wind, enjoy a meal, read or nap on the couch under a large cantilever covered patio. Kayaking, beach combing, swimming and snorkeling all within just a few steps.

The interior, like the exterior, reflects mid century modern styling. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, including spices. There is BBQ for cooking up fresh fish, meats and vegetables. High end appliances, extensive cabinetry, and expansive granite countertops finish the space.
The living room has a 50" flat screen Sony, Apple TV, Bose stereo with iPod dock and DVD player with a library of movies and shows. Here you can relax on the sofa, or in one of two lounge chairs with ottomans.
The master suite is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, and chairs. Sleep in comfort with your choice of down or synthetic pillows, soft linens and lightweight down comforter. Closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board. The master bath has beautiful onyx surfaces throughout. Enjoy the view of the water while bathing in Jacuzzi bath tub or from the separate shower bay. A blow dryer, flat iron, complimentary shampoo, soap, lotion and plenty of fresh towels are provided for your use.

Quiet neighborhood day and night. Close to town but far enough away to feel like your getting way from the noise of downtown. The beach is peaceful and serene.
