Welcome to our humble abode, our 2 story house with private Swimming Pool is located in the heart of Chiang Mai. Near the YMCA School/Hotel
It is a 5 minute walk from Kad Suan Kaew Department store.
Plenty of food restaurants shopping within a few minutes walk.
No children under 8 years pool does not have a fence

Our house accommodates for many types of guests such as Couples, Large/ Small Families , however we DO NOT accept children under 8 years old as the pool does not have a fence. This rule is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
We have a range of entertainment including a Ping Pong Table, Swimming Pool, WiFi & Smart Tv. Netflix
The location of the house is just outside the Old Chiang Mai City, close enough to walk to but far enough that the hustle and bustle of the busy city streets is practically unheard.
The main road (Hauy Kaew Road) is only a few hundred metres away, making Si Laws (Red Taxis) and Tuk Tuks (3 wheeled Taxis) very easy to access.

Guests will have access to the front of the house.
You are welcome to any room that is not the Master Bedroom or the Bedroom located in the entrance hallway. This room is your hostess- Jee-im's room.

• Upon arrival, our hostess will provide you with the house keys and bedroom keys.
Please: No glass while in swimming pool (Nothing worse than cut feet on your holiday)
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only, please keep the doors shut while you smoke. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable, so having a smoke free indoor home will ensure that.

My wife Jig and I are excited to host our home in such a beautiful part of the world. Chiangmai is our favourite holiday destination. There is a wide range of activities to enjoy in this city. Take a trip to the Night Market and enjoy walking along the streets eating delicious street food and picking up bargains. There are multiple travel advisories around so make sure you check them out- go elephant riding, waterfall adventures, hiking or even bungy jumping. There are hundreds of restaurants to try out- why not try the river cruise dinner? Get away from all the touristy beaches and hit up Chiangmai because you will get the most authentic experience in this city.
We are located just 550 metres away from the local shopping complex (Kad Suan Kaew), Cinema, Bowling & Supermarket.
If you want to really live like a Thai there is a local food produce market (Talaat Siiriwatthana) walking distance from the house with everything from traditional cooked meals to the freshest of fruit and veg all bunched together waiting for you to try.

G'day. I live in Australia with my wife and 3 kids. I built my house in Chiang Mai because it was the city where my wife grew up and it is also my favourite holiday destination. I enjoy taking my boat out and going fishing.

We do however have a relative staying on the premises, her name is Jee-I’m and she will be your attentive hostess during your stay.
