WELCOME ALL. For yoga students, discount. AND There are pollinator plants and a fig tree in the front, some gardens in the back. I make smoothies using greens and medicinal herbs from the yard! The bedroom is a small cozy room in the back of this 100 year old home. Featured is a new organic mattress sitting on a natural wood bed frame. There is closet and shelf space, nightstand with light and room for books. This house is well used and cleaned with natural cleansers. On street parking. THANKS so much. Yoga students on a tight budget we can talk.

This house is only FOUR blocks from Asheville Yoga Center, walking distance to numerous tea/coffee/bone broth cafes, lunch and dinner options and downtown with its dazzling array of craft, clothing and unique stores, and eateries. Walk to the Renaissance Hotel for a workshop as a recent guest did.
There are two good movie houses of alternative and unusual movies, many breweries and music venues. The neighborhood was traditionally African American and is still a beautiful mix of young artists, families, and various ethnic backgrounds. Black musicians in the early days, would stay on this street when they came into town to play.

Asheville is a thriving town and I want to share her with you. I am a fiddler and music lover, gardener and mental health worker. Traveling through Europe, camping for years in Hawaii, and being a couch surfer has given me the gifts of connecting, caring, having fun, playing together and respecting space and time. I love to eat healthy and may sometimes have a smoothy available. We have the choice to make each moment great by appreciating it and feeling the feelings. I have hosted numerous yoga students, musicians, business people, adventure and music seekers. Come visit, walk to town, marvel at the mountains and take some cool mountain air home with you.

I warmly invite you and will help you out with any info you are needing, as best as I can. There may be times when it works for us to socialize, and that is great fun when it works for all. I am a fiddler and have had some great music jams with guests. Come experience this great town, the hiking and magic both urban musical/artistic/coffee/walking and woodsy hiking/kayaking/biking wonderland. Lots of street musicians, street fairs, events, music clubs all packed within a comfortable walk.
