Come together like a stranger, a friend, a guider of each other, a family member , a lover; we build a companionship, a fellowship, a crew of dreamers....
John, the crazy owner, is a wanderer coming all over Vietnam by bicycle for one whole year. Then he felt in love with Sapa - the best place where heaven, sky and human meet up at once. With the guitar and lots of positive energy, he always make silly jokes with everyone and bring the laugh to people around, sometime he's quite too. He loves cooking and gardening. He built every little corner of our home by his hands and love. He's the man and also the kid of our home. Beat him on Catan and playing pool :D
Cookie, the lazy manager, is a free spirit girl, wandering around Vietnam, put a step on this strange beautiful land and slowly be a part of it everyday; create around herself a chill vibe, enjoy all of the little things that happen everyday here : sunshine, torrential rain, cold snow, windy, breeze, gale or drizzel, a yellow falling leaf, music, smoky wood, making a sweet coffee for herself in the late morning, writing, drawing and singing her lively life like nobody else is around, ..... you'll never feel rush when beside her, she is the one who you can share and enjoy everything, even without saying anything :D
Moon and Duy is a local married couple - preparing good food for the whole family and taking care of our home with full of love! They're our helper but also our family member. We're family! You might find them shy because they are local and afraid to speak English, but please feel free to help them like a friend if you would love too. They are beautiful hearts that bring us love and joy here.
The house is full of people come and go, we have musicians who just suddenly step to the house and stay for 2 3 month ; we have friends who just come to have chance for learning English, dogs and cats and chicken neighbors is all around waiting for foods; bugs, spides r and mosquito also ....
We are dreamers, live our life in our own way, cherish the life and celebrate it every single day, with music, art, great food, great company and the way we live with the best of us. We are building a home for all friends to come and celebrate the wonderful life with us, a family. When you come here and love it, you're a part of our family already :D Let's make our family bigger and bigger.
