Location, Location, Location! Walk to all of the areas attractions! Situated in the BEST area of CDA! Right between Downtown and the recently renovated, bohemian Midtown, affectionately known by its residents as the Garden District. We are only a few blocks from some of the areas top restaurants, pubs, shopping, grocery and parks.
This is a small guest cottage located behind the main residence. Off of the street, entirely fenced, and very private.

All of Coeur d' Alene's main attractions are within an easy and picturesque walk. Coeur d ‘alene lake's beach and boat marina is 5 minutes away. Boat rentals and jet skis are available. Step-outside the door and browse the great Farmers Market, located right on this street! The tree-lined neighborhood is quiet with a church across from the house. However just down the road are two great pubs, a community park, bike rental shop, and a neighborhood grocery. Ideally located within just blocks of everything-Beach, Golf, Boating, Hiking, fishing spots, cliff diving, city marina, river, hiking trails, biking trails, para sailing, batting cages, tennis, theater, ice cream shops, shopping, city parks, pubs, grocery, Coeur d' Alene Lake Resort, restaurants, and public transportation. Close to Silverwood theme park. You will never get bored, and if for some odd reason you do, we have plenty of ideas for you. We love to share the local secrets with our guests!
