This renovated unique late 1800s mining house is perched on a hill just three blocks from downtown Philipsburg and award winning Philipsburg Brewery. Fenced yard with outdoor dining area and fire pit. Easy walking access to open space to east. Some of the best views in town of Pintler MTS and Discovery ski hill. Minutes from fly fishing, skiing, Georgetown, ghost towns, gem hunting etc. An open, cozy layout with a mix of reclaimed materials and modern touches. WINTER DISC: BOOK 3, GET 1 FREE.

A pellet stove provides additional heat and ambiance during the cooler months. The bathroom and kitchen have been totally updated with modern appliances and as many kitchen necessities as we could think of. This house is loaded with surround sound speakers, wifi, Netflix, Apple TV, local channels (w/ antenna), Pandora. Large yard with BBQ area and views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Beds include a master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom has twin over full bunk bed, and living room has queen sleeper sofa. Pack and play available if you have a little one. This house can be booked with a detached guest suite (also a rental) that includes a third bedroom (Queen bed), fold down desk, mini fridge, microwave, and half bathroom (no shower or tub). It is just off the garage and perfect for guests who wish for a little additional privacy. I live in Missoula, Montana with my family to include our 4 year old son and one and a half year old daughter. We love exploring Montana and feel lucky to live in the beautiful Missoula valley. My family and I recently purchased a second home in Philipsburg, Montana that we enjoy when we can and list when we can't. We are excited to be hosts after years of being guests. I have enjoyed using airbnb as a travel guide in my search for interesting places to play over the past 9 years. I love meeting new folks and hearing their stories. I particularly enjoy travel by bicycle whenever possible. Should I have the opportunity to share your space..rest assured it will be treated respectfully.
