This is a non-smoking & non-vaping/e-cig family friendly apartment. Please no smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drug use in the apartment nor on or around the property.
We do have 3 children who love to play outside and you may hear them as they play if the windows are open.
We may be able to accommodate more than two guests. Please don't hesitate to ask.

We love the area of Missoula that we live in. It has both a friendly/safe neighborhood feel along with classic Montana rural views and activities. It's located the perfect distance away from busy streets which lends to a quiet & peaceful atmosphere. There are multiple places to explore in our neck of the woods: Three rural blocks away is a very large equestrian park with a multitude of trails throughout it. The Clark Fork River is also less than .5 miles away with many access points and trails. A well known recreation area called "Kelly Island" is within two miles of our home.

We've lived in Missoula for almost 20 years and its been a great place to raise our kids. We feel blessed to be in Big Sky country and take in all that it has to offer from recreational opportunities, to local coffee shops. We also enjoy hosting and meeting people from all over the world. Seven years ago we purchased a daunting foreclosure project that we've slowly transformed into our home and rental apartment. We hope you enjoy your stay!
