WE HAVE INVESTED IN TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS MORE RIGOROUS PROTOCOLS TO ENSURE THAT ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE COMPLETELY SAFE, WE HAVE INDEED IMPLEMENTED ALL THE CLEANING AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS OUTLINED BY MTA AND THE HEALTH AUTHORITIES.

Hilltop house is situated in the top most, is located on Balluta bay, a relaxing part of St Julians set on top side of Saint Anthony valley, enjoying one of the most stunning views of Balluta Bay. Also making it an idea holiday for those who do not wish to rent a car as it is minutes way from any amenity. However, if one wants to enjoy a lazy holiday renting a car private parking is also available on the lane where the house is located.

The house is newly refurbished given a modern twist leaving touches of the old Maltese style of building keeping in mind comfort, still visible the wooden beams and stone stairs. The house has an open plan kitchen living area on the ground floor leading to a wide balcony enjoying the views of Balluta bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 seating spaces at the dining table. Also the living area can accommodate 5 people comfortably with a 32” LED tv. Wifi internet and cable tv come complementary.

Upstairs one can find the main bedroom with a double bed and a spare bedroom with 3 single beds which can be modified into another double upon request. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which is a must in our hot summers. The house has two bathrooms. A main bathroom with a bath tub upstairs and another one with shower downstairs all meticulously finished paying attention to every detail.

The house offers also a relaxing area on the roof where you can sun bath during the day on the deck area and even have lunch or a bbq during the eve in the eating area. One can find a seating area for 6 people upstairs with a gas bbq.

Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below:
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
- 300KWh- for villas
We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.

Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Till a few years ago , St Julians was a quiet fishing village. Nowadays development has changed it completely and it spreads all round St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta Bay.. Most of the elegant houses along the shore line have gone to be replaced by blocks of apartments, restaurants, bars , cafes and hotels. The roads leading to St Julians village (now a town) proper remain largely untouched. The best preserved are in the area of Balluta Bay. A few villas with beautiful facades and large gardens. One villa has been converted into a restaurant forming part of Le Meridien Hotel. There is also the large neo-gothic Carmelite Chuch in the midst of small houses that used to be summer residences for the rich Valletta residents. There is a large block of apartments built in the art nouveau style overlooking the square where you can sit and have a coffe or drink and watch the world go by.

Back in picturesque Spinola Bay there are still a number of old boat houses belonging to the fishermen that still remain with their traditional fishing boats sheltering in the bay. Some boat houses have been converted into restaurants which are quieter and romantic. The bay is particularly lovely in the evenings with the lights of the restaurants and street lighting reflecting in the calm water of the bay. On the other side of the bay is the promenade (very popular) which goes all the way to Sliema and beyond. Ideal for an evening stroll or to sit at a bar/cafe and people watch.
Up the hill you will find Portomaso - a private yacht marina with restaurants and bars, a shopping complex and apartments (all very upmarket) with a lovely atmosphere. Nearby is the Hilton. There are a number of 5* hotels - all overlooking the sea on the coast north of Paceville. There is also a Casino at the Dragonara and another at Portomaso .

Saint Julian's is a popular vacation spot on the coast of Malta. The small town successfully blends its fishing village charm with its tourist center. Latin architecture, such as Spinola Palace, built in 1688, and the Old Parish Church are popular historical sites. Divers will enjoy exploring shipwrecks via the Divewise Center. The renovated Paceville district, a former military haunt in the 1930s, is now the hub of Saint Julian's nightlife with an array of restaurants, bars, and clubs.
