Strikingly designed and finished to an exceptional standard, The Deck is a luxurious two-bedroom house boasting its own private entrance, a double carport and of course, a spacious deck where you can sit back and take in the spectacular view. The Deck can be rented as either a one or two bedroom option depending on your needs with the standard rate being for one bedroom, or two guests.
Immaculately presented interiors showcasing stylish furnishings throughout, The Deck features a queen size bed in the main room with two king single beds in the second room, with both enjoying cooling ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes to combat any storage issues. Additional spaces include a welcoming lounge room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a dining area that seats up to four people, a well-equipped kitchen, a glossy bathroom, and private laundry. Outdoors provides a comfortable outdoor setting and BBQ facilities where guest can showcase the cooking skills! Crisp linen and fluffy towels are also supplied.
Built by Eco housing with a 10-star energy rating, The Deck has 100mm foam installation throughout the walls, floor, and roof keeping it beautifully cool in summer and cosy in the winter months. Cooling coastal breezes are captured due to its cleverly designed position on top of the hill, so year-round comfort is obtained without the need for air-conditioning.
Please note: When booking The Deck for 3-4 guests (whether travelling as a couple, friends, business associates etc) you will be booking the two-bedroom option. If only 1-2 guests please select our 1 bedroom listing

Friday and Saturday nights are a minimum two night booking.
School/Public holidays we do not allow one night bookings unless we have a spare night in between multiple night bookings

Continental Breakfast is supplied for a small additional cost paid on departure. All breakfast items are stocked within houses to accommodate for those who wish to purchase or simply bring your own the option is yours.

Seascape Scotts Head is located about a 10 minute drive off the pacific highway. It is a brand new house that can be either rented out as a one or a two bedroom option (by selecting more then 2 guests the second bedroom opens up). This is the perfect spot to break up that long drive, come sit and relax on 'The Deck' whilst taking in the picturesque views into the evening and then rejuvenate overnight on the top of the range mattresses that we have on all beds. You will not want to leave....

Born on the Mid North Coast NSW and a lover of that area. Managing houses on behalf of my parents. Mum and Dad originally bought 10 acres and ended up dividing into 4 x 2.5 acre lots. 2 of these being sold, the two left both have 2 dwellings on each 2.5 acres. Each house is very private. Come and enjoy our quiet piece of paradise :-)
