This is a perfect location if you wish to walk the city and also enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. Open the windows, and enjoy the sea air.

You have the top floor! The apartment is located on the third floor of an 1840s New England style home. After climbing a fairly steep back staircase (it’ll be good for you!), you will find yourself in the newly renovated suite. The space has its own heating and cooling, wifi, smart TV (with cable and apps), coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. More importantly, yes, there is a hairdryer.

Tate Street is a one block, one-way street without parking. The best parking is at the bottom of the street by Harborview Park, overlooking the water. The sunrise from the park isn’t bad either. The owners have use of the driveway.
You enter through the side entrance. Once inside, the back stairs lead straight up to the apartment. Full disclosure, the back stairs are narrow and steep. They are safe and have railings, but, the climb may not be for everyone.

We do allow 2 night minimum booking from October 9th - April 25th.
Full-time tenants occupy the second floor. Please respect their space and be mindful of noise after 10pm.
