2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious, furnished apartment - open plan living with good flow on to large outdoor balcony with dining area. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second bathroom/laundry in hallway. There is an office alcove that is able to be closed off with a spacious glass desk and chair. Perfect 'work from home' spot for an IT professional or business person. It has unlimited ultra fast broadband, TV and Netflix.
Quiet, modern building in a boutique block. Very warm and cosy and as it is at the back of the building, very little noise. 2 tandem car parks and some storage may be available if required (please ask).
Fabulous location with Ponsonby Road a 5 minute walk away. Cafes and restaurants galore plus boutique shopping and easy access to city and tourist spots. The LINK bus takes you to the city every 10 minutes or it is a 20 minute walk.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. There is a dishwasher, fridge, hairdryer, washer and dryer in the apartment. It is fully equipped with linen, kitchen items etc. you should have everything you need and can just walk in with your suitcase.
