Recently renovated Seacliffe on Two is nestled on a quiet road between Seapoint and Camps Bay with stunning views of the Bay. The luxury Bantry Bay apartment is known as a wind-free location and properties in the area is considered premium with the most spectacular ocean views.

Recently renovated Seacliffe on Two is located on the second level and offers exquisite views and sounds of the ocean from the lounge/dining room and two ocean facing bedrooms. The over sized bay window in the lounge frames the view of the Atlantic into a picture you will ever forget.

The three bedroom, three bathroom apartment is larger than most three bedroom apartments as it was converted from two separate apartments and has been finished in a chic retro style with polished curved surfaces, luxurious wood and marbled finishes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all cookware needed for self catering, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, for your convenience. Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite and all the bedrooms has been decorated in neutral tones with a semi hotel feel.

The apartment has 24hr security cameras and each entrance/exit point of the complex is accessed with security tags. Two parking spaces is available in the secured complex, one covered and one open. Elevators is accessed from the entrance level to all floors.

Located on the Bantry Bay beach front, Seacliffe is but minutes away from Cliffton and Camps Bay, with the Waterfront and the CBD a 10-15 min drive.

The cost to clean the apartment on DEPARTURE has been included in your quoted rate and is marked as "Cleaning Fee".

Stayover cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee directly with my cleaning lady and is not included in your booking rate. Although tipping is not customary in South Africa, it is always appreciated should you feel it appropriate.

For stays exceeding 30 days: Utilities (water and electricity) are not included in the rate and will be billed to you separately.

Check-in after 18:00 can be accommodated. There is a R300 fee payable in cash on arrival for the late check-in.

The elevator undergoes regular servicing and is not operational during any power outages. The staircase must be used during these incidents.

Level 1 water restrictions currently in place. RESTRICTIONS CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. (A DIFFERENT RESTRICTION LEVEL MAY BE IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF YOUR STAY) - APPLICABLE FEES/FINES WILL BE PASSED ON TO OFFENDING PARTIES.

Bantry Bay is an affluent suburb of Cape Town situated on the slopes of Lion's Head and overlooking a rocky coastline, Western Cape Province, South Africa. Its neighboring suburbs are Sea Point and Clifton. It was originally called Botany Bay after a botanical garden that was planted here for the cultivation of medicinal herbs. The name was changed during World War I.

It is overlooked by Lion's Head, which is an eroded outlier of sandstone. There is a plaque on the seashore that commemorates a visit by Charles Darwin, who made important geological observations here relating to the nature and origin of granite.

Bantry Bay is known to be the most wind-free area in Cape Town. Secluded & protected, the inhabitants of this exclusive area enjoy about 290 wind free days per year - a significant fact given Cape Town's windy climate.
