It has a fantastic view of the Bassin and wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It is a 5 min walk from the nearest beach; Le plage Pereire and a 10 minutes walk to the centre of the town through the Parc Moresque.

The neighbourhood is lovely. It is in a conservation area amongst stunning villas dating back to the 19th century (Ville d'Hiver). It is very quiet, 5 mins walk from the beach Pereire, one of the nicest beaches and 10 mins walk through a park to the centre of town.
