Granite-top kitchen, living room (with fireplace), meditation room, dining room, outdoor deck. Marble bath with rainshower in master bedroom. 3 total Bedrooms upstairs (sleeps up to 10+ using the extra finished room in basement). Wi-fi, plenty of space and light, private backyard, and elegant interior. Driveway fits 6 cars easily. Heat and AC to your comfort. Great for families.

The private suite has a queen bed, second bedroom a queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has a full mattress (it's my daughter's room) Meditation room can have 2 twin foam mattresses on floor.
Built in 1895 by an Austrian father and son. Incredibly unique home next door to Lawrence University and 5 min. walk to downtown Appleton. Located on a hill overlooking fox river with backyard so you can enjoy nature in a private setting while being in the heart of downtown. Comfortably sleeps 8 and and mattresses up to 10. I highly recommend viewing the pics. Fireplace, meditation room, dining, ultra modern kitchen, deck with lounge chairs, marble master bath with deep tub. It's a hidden gem that not many people know about. It overlooks the fox river on a dead end street that is not a through-way so very private even though your right next door to Lawrence U and a 5 minute walk to downtown.

I am a professional in the alternative health industry and proud father. Friends having been telling me I have the perfect home for Airbnb so I am going to make a go of it! I was a Buddhist monk for 15 years so I chose a place along the river that is ideal for peace and quiet, reflection, and also fun! My home is full of superfoods superherbs and in wintertime I make an awesome 'never get sick' tea and in the springtime there is epic farm produce in the kitchen. I am a laid back guy who works from home and has his daughter half time. I guess if I had to have a motto for this home it would be 'everybody welcome'.
