This old Mallorcan townhouse is situated in the centre of Felanitx, 100 m from the central Plaça d'Espanya. Our only guest room is located on the first floor of the premises but is independent and has a separate entrance and its own, private terrace. The room is quiet. On-street parking is virtually guaranteed.

We offer one guest room with bed & breakfast. There is no kitchen facility so any long term stay could be problematic. We recommend a rental duration between 3 and 10 days. The guest room is on the premises but completely separate from our own living quarters.
We live on the premises all year round so are present at your arrival and during your stay.

Our guests have permanent access to their own sunny terrace on the first floor, to our shared palm treed courtyard, and if weather requires, our living room and our dining room.

Our breakfast with homemade Granola is always appreciated as is our own organic marmalade (Kumquat, Lemon & Lime) or jam (Apricot, Strawberry, Plum, Fig & Ginger). The breakfast is included in the rates.
We respect your privacy and do not make the bed or tidy up.
We can accommodate late arrivals if you let us know.
We can accommodate an early arrival if the room is ready - please ask.
Please let us know approximately when to expect you.

We have been living in Mallorca for 30 years now. This is our home; we live and work here all year round. Our kids went to school in Felanitx. We consider ourselves integrated in the local life as far as possible and live in peace with our neighbours. We are living in this house and are present throughout the day, but our guest room is situated in an annex and is separated from the main house. Our guests privacy is always protected. We do not rent out our house. We do not rent out an apartment. We do not rent out any separate accommodation. We simply welcome guests into our family home, providing them with a bedroom and serving them breakfast in the morning. We are always on our premises when having guests. This is where we live. This is our home. You come to us as our guests.

We are friendly hosts and are happy to interact with our guests. We can be as open or as reserved as would seem appropriate, always depending on the expectations of our visitors. We try to give you as much space as possible, but we are always happy to help should you require anything.
We are available for much or as little chat as you would like, we are always happy to assist with directions or questions if you wish. We are also happy to leave you undisturbed to enjoy your time with us. We have shared the occasional glass of wine with our guests and sometimes a snack, a meal or a barbecue. Cooked evening meals may be booked if required but will be charged separately.
