As its name suggests, this well-appointed vacation rental overlooks the Greg Norman course at PGA West and is just minutes from the Stadium course clubhouse. With luxury indoor and outdoor living areas and four suite-style bedrooms, this property is great for a sunny holiday with family or a golf getaway with friends.
Take advantage of the Desert Cities sunshine in outdoor living areas with a saltwater pool and hot tub, and a terrace with plenty of loungers, a barbecue and an al-fresco dining table. After sunset, cozy up to the firepit or head inside to unwind with the help of the cable and Apple TVs, sound system and Wi-Fi.
The villa combines Old World influences with classic Southwestern style in its spacious, inviting indoor living areas. Beamed ceilings in the living and dining rooms bring to mind grand Tuscan estates, as do details like a fireplace and wrought-iron chandeliers. In addition to these formal rooms, there’s a great room with a sitting area, fully equipped kitchen and a generous breakfast bar.
Each of the four bedrooms at PGA West Norman has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. There are three in the main house, including a master suite that opens to the terrace, and one in a private casita. A lounge area, kitchenette and terrace access mean the casita could be used as a honeymoon-style retreat or a quiet oasis for in-laws.
The villa’s La Quinta location puts you just a short walk from the Greg Norman course and within easy reach of the other world-class golf courses at PGA West. You’re also a short drive from Indian Wells, home to the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic, the Coachella festival grounds and the famed Polo Grounds. For a day trip, drive to Palm Springs for a look at its sleek mid-century architecture or to Joshua Tree National Park for a hike through its otherworldly scenery.
