I'll meet you in caffe restaurant Marshall @ J. Kennedy street no. 10J (Dzona Kenedija 10J) where I would set up a bar station for you. When you arrive I will serve you welcome drink, that's some traditional Serbian rakia (it can be made from all sorts of fruits like quince, apples, pears, apricots, plum...). We'll start our lessons with short history of cocktails, where and how they start making it and origin of the name "cocktail". With my help you will prepare some of world's biggest classic cocktails like Mojito (Ernest Hemingway original), Cucumber Gin & Tonic, Sky Light (3 colors layer), Daiquiri (and frozen one with some season fruits like strawberry), Elderflower Hugo spritz, Lynchburg lemonade (burbon), Mai Thai (Trador Vick original), Devil or Long Island Ice Tea. Or if you have some other cocktail on your mind, we can do it also. After making cocktail, you have to garnish it nicely. So I will teach you how to make apple and pear garnishes, fig and kiwi stickers and cucumber double # (hash tag). And yes, YOU CAN TASTE ALL OF THOSE COCKTAILS, PLEASE . My name is Saša, I'm 29 years old. Born and raised in Belgrade (Serbia). I'm a bartender with more than 10 years of experience. I absolutely adore making cocktails and garnishes for them. I have few rewards for bartending like 1st place on republic level in 2016, two 3rd places back in 2012 & 2013. Also I do cocktails from freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables (juice and detox program).
