We will meet at the Parking area near Onisilos Seaside Theatre early in the morning (right before sunrise) and after a short worm-up we will go together for an easy run (heart rate between 97-155) towards Amathous Archaeological park. We will spend together around 1,5 h, chatting and/or practising mindfulness. We will discuss key points of smart running and talk about the idea of mindfulness in running and in living in general. The culmination of the run will be a nice place on the top of the hill with a good view to the sea, where we can make a break to take a picture/make selfy/celebrate the moment. Main features: Distance: 4 km + 4 km back (8 km in total, approx.) I'm an open-minded young women promoting mindful running, plant-based diet and conscious lifestyle in my blog. I grew up in mountain area (Almaty) which made me a fan of such activities like hiking. I like the feeling when you climb up a peak. It's not only beautiful view: you feel self-gratitude, you discover how strong you are. In Cyprus I realized that running can deliver similar feelings. To see the beauty of the world in this special condition is something really unique, few people experience that and I'd love to share it. I do running for more then 2 years, I ran more then 1200 km with NRC App so far. I did half-marathon in 2018 and a full marathon this year (time 4:47). I'm an empath and people feel comfortable with me. I like to travel and I have a lot to share about nice places to visit and about life in Cyprus in general.

We will run along the sea line towards Amathous Archaeological park and run through the free-entrance part of the archaeological park. This part of park is located on the hill and has trails that are not equipped with hard coating. Using the same route we will come back to the Onisilos Seaside Theatre.

It is important to have a good sleep before the event. Breakfast is not necessary, but if you feel hungry in the morning, better to eat at least 30 min in advance and not a lot. Please make sure you had enough water in the morning and the day before.
