This half-day Intro to Rock Climbing program will allow you to immerse yourself deep into the Massif des Calanques. We will meet in the morning in the sunny Calanques National Park, located along the coast between Marseille and Cassis. The specific location for the course will be picked based on the day's conditions. After a brief introduction to the equipment, we will spend the next 3 hours on the rock. We will show you different types of knots and introduce you to various safety and progression techniques - all this with the Mediterranean as the backdrop. Can you think of a better spot to try your hand at rock climbing? Neither can we! The Calanques are easily accessible from Marseille and are very popular among travellers during the summer months. But, don't worry, we have been guiding in the area for years and we'll share with you all our favorite secret spots. We'll escape the crowds and find our own little slice of climbing paradise. And because we are all certified guides you can be confident you'll be in safe hands. Come discover the beautiful Calanques in a truly memorable way.
