We will start opening a bottle of bubbles from local winery so we can get to know each others while tasting some nice wine.. We start with a Aperitivo with a selection of mortadella, salame felino and parmiggiano reggiano 24 months and pecorino from "Olmi e Centomo", one of the best cheese factory in the Bologna area. As a main course , based on your mood , you will learn different kinds of pasta such as: Tortelloni Tagliatelle Maccheroni al pettine orecchiette gnocchi with different fillngs and sauce : ragu', burro e salvia, burro e oro, pesto. I will teach you how to turn a simple egg into a real italian dish and starting from the scratch YOU will make the dough manually and i teach you how to work it! During the meal, I'll offer a relaxing and educational wine tasting: Guiding through Emilia Romagna wines, regions, grapes and a bit of history. You learn about the story behind each bottle and producer and how to combine the perfect wine for the right food. A very brilliand and accurate selection of the BEST wines of territory. As a dessert, you can choose either a 3 flavors of Mascarpone or a homemade "tiramisu" Meal will be served in my dining room, a relaxed and fancy area with porcalain dishes, wine glasses and candles to create a nice mood. EVERYTHING IS FRESH AND 100% MADE BY US WITH OUR HANDS I will give you a pdf with all the recipes we learn ;)

Ciao! Welcome to my pasta fresca workshop! I'm federico and I'm happy to welcome you in my house where I live with my fiancè. I grew up spending many hours watching and learning "secrets" from my grandmother in her kitchen and from my grandfather in his well known butcher shop in town. I made a big change in my professional career looking for something more exiting; so, I decided to start a new project, my dreamed kitchen, where I love meeting new people and sharing my culture and passion for cooking. I 've got a deep love for cooking and strongly believe in the importance of tradition. I offer, through my workshop, an authentic "Bolognese" experience, unique and rare to find anywhere else. A real taste of what is like to be a Local ! No more excuses, come and cook with me, it will be fun ;) !!
This experience will take place in my house, in the quartiere saragozza, one of most famous and prestigious of the city. 10 minutes from downtown and well served by bus and taxi just in front of my house I'll open the door of my kitchen and take you in the real bologna spirit! The experience will be held in my LUXURY AND MODERN HOUSE, with a fancy set up table with candles and porcelain dishes from my grandmother and nice wine glasses.
