We wiil start our adventure taking an appetizer in the big balcony in front of the sea... we will know each other and then we will start to cook! Eggs, flour and love will be the main ingredients! Me and my auntie will drive you step by step in the pasta making. We will show you how to make perfect cappelletti (a local delicious filled pasta) and tagliatelle. And we will make a special local dessert too: zuppa inglese! So yummy!!!
Hi travelers! I'm Paola. Since I was a child I spent all the summers of my life in my lovely grandma's home. It was an ancien villa she inherited by the family, surrounded by high trees and the smell of the sea. I used to spend with my grandma and my auntie Susanna picking vegetables and cooking every meal from scratch. When my granny passed away I was devastated. Few years later I decided to move in her home and restore it together with my auntie. We started to host people from all around the world, feeding them and teaching them the ancien art of making handmade pasta.
