I’m Ben, the founder of Cookly - the global community of traveling foodies. Our mission is to preserve and share the food traditions of the world through authentic cooking classes with local cooks. This experience is co-hosted by one of our local partners. Here's a word from your host, Zhou Chao: Hi, I'm Zhou Chao or better known as Chef Chao! I have been teaching cooking for 8 years. I grew up in a Cantonese professional cook's family and I lived in Sichuan for several years and studied at the chef's school in Sichuan. My sister failed to find a cooking class in Beijing, particularly anything that was accessible to English-speaking visitors, so I took this opportunity to teach the cooking experiences in English to everyone.
