Become your own master chef! Lasse is now bringing his apron and knives to his own kitchen for the ultimate dining experience. Enjoy an evening (or long lazy lunch) in the intimate environment of Lasse’s home in Richmond, where you'll get to combine a cooking master class with a five course degustation. You'll learn all about the elements of French and Danish cuisine, and walk away with inside knowledge on secret sauces and hidden tricks from the fine dining world.
Lasse – or more commonly known as ‘GD’ – is a Danish trained Chef with experience in a number of Denmark’s Michelin restaurants, as well as some of Melbourne’s top restaurants including Attica, Cutler & Co and Cumulus. With more than 15 years’ experience in kitchens across Europe and Australia, Lasse is trained in classical French and Danish cuisines. Lasse began his fine dining career at Henne Kirkeby Kro – a 2 Michelin Starred venue on the West coast of Denmark. It was here he learnt about sustainable and local produce, foraging, and the concept of ‘less is more’ in terms of flavour profiles.
A menu will be created based off what is currently in season, and will most likely always contain some homemade Danish rye…

You will be dining at Lasse's home in Richmond - either in the kitchen, or if it's nice weather out in the courtyard. The house is centrally located in the heart of Richmond and close to public transport.
This is a dining experience and master class inside my home, and not in a restaurant. You may be joined by other guests for the experience. If you have any dietary requirements, please let me know in advance. Other than that, all you need to do is sit back and relax... I'll even do the dishes!
