We will conduct our tour through our small city on foot. Almost everything in the five locations is sustainable. We meet in front of my favorite wine bar in the center (1) for our first small drink. Then we move from there to visit excellent modern restaurant (2) that offers reworked traditional dishes, a producer of fabulous local desserts (3), a fantastic traditional food and beverage shop (4), an ice cream shop (5) and at our appetizers together you will enjoy a set menù of local specialties made from fresh, in-season ingredients and wine pairings.
I am the founder of Sardinia Food&Culture and one of the few certified tour guides in Sardinia. I have studied Cultural Tourism at the University of Cagliari. I have been living in Sardinia, Germany, Hungary, Austria and Belgium and I offered tours in over 10 cities in Europe. I love languages and I am trying to improve my skills with German and Chinese. I also teach Sardinian language as a volunteer. I have left a good position in Hotel Management to become a conscious lifestyle travel guide. My favorite wine bar is located in the old town and offers different wines and dishes to delight every customer . A small old shop where you can find small bottles of local mirto and olive oil. An original laboratory of a Pastry Chef, he will be there. A modern ice cream shop where you find local fruits and milk only. A restaurant on a terrace in the center with the best view in Pula that offers reworked local dishes.
