Inside a private family house in the centre of Florence you will discover how to make typical and lovely Italian meals including starters (bruschette and crostini with different toppings), homemade pasta (tagliatelle and pappardelle) with tasty sauces (tomatoes, mushrooms, pesto, ragù either from meat or vegetarian) and traditional tiramisu with coffee. The lesson will be accompanied by good wine and extra virgin olive oil all coming from the surroundings of Florence. It will be also a good opportunity to know more about Tuscany and Florence with its art, culture, folklore and uncommon stories while having our meal around the set up table.

Hello, my name is Nicola, I love cooking and I look forward sharing my passion for Italian homemade pasta with you. I have always been fascinated by preparing meals for my family, friends and guests and thanks to my grandmother and my mother I learned many receipts of traditional Italian dishes. The goal of this experience is to give you the possibility to bring back with you the basics of our family traditional food and being able to make it again at home, especially homemade pasta and appropriate sauces. My wife Beatrice and myself will be very happy to share our traditions and our flavors with you. When I go abroad I want to learn as many things as possible about the place I visit and for sure food, culture and history are among the most interesting. If you are like this, you will love it.
The activity is inside a house, therefore for the people attending the experience will not be necessary to move.
