We will pick you up from your airbnb (free pick up if it’s located in the KL city centre) and head to Taman Tugu Forest, which is an urban forest park in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. The trail will takes about an hour with some gentle slopes for a reasonable workout. There are benches, swings and observation tower for us to enjoy the nature with a cup of local white coffee☕️. Join me to a less touristy trail which is not well known by the public! After the trail, we will have a hearty local meal at local coffee shop/restaurant. There comes to the end of the trip. You may choose to drop off at Chinatown or Batu Caves at no additional cost! :)
Born and raised in KL, I am a passionate traveller who loves to explore different culture and meeting new people when I was travelling, so I would love to share local culture and nature to other travellers who visit Malaysia! I had a few solo trips to Asia and Europe, an amazing experience completing the Camino de Santiago in last October, walked from Portugal to Spain. Also, I am a big foodie! An expert to guide you to good local food that every Malaysian likes. I could speak English and Mandarin, just let me know your preference! :)
Local white coffee is provided during the hike :)
Free pick up is available if you are staying in KL city center, other location could be arranged with additional charge. Drop…
Taman Tugu Forest Trail is newly opened to public in September 2018. Back in the 1930s the Taman Tugu site was home to a number of bungalows occupied by British and local officers working for the Department of Agriculture.
