We will firstly meet at Lujiazui, an international financial area which is also known as the “Wall Street in China”. Then I will take you to three landmarks and two *secret* places where only localist usually go in Shanghai. I will be taking photographs along the adventure! I will email you a schedule after you make the reservation.
Hello, I’m Cara! I am a native Shanghainese and currently studying in San Francisco, US. I am a freshman pursuing a design engineering dual degree at UC Davis and Stanford University. One part of me loves strategic problem-solving while another part of me enjoys creative thinking. That's why I work as an user experience designer, a strategist, while at the same time live as an visual artist. I have been to 25 countries in total and do photographing all along my journeys, and also I have run my personal studio of video production in Shanghai for three years. As a Shanghai Localist with a demonstrated background in photographing and post-editing, I am pretty sure that I can bring you a highlighted experience throughout your trip!
We’ll visit a few classical cafes in which some drinks are provided.
We will take metro instead if there is a serious traffic jam.
1. We will meet at Starbucks on Fucheng Road (It's right beside the river!) 2. We will walk in the Binjiang Park and using the Bund as a background for photographs. 3. Lujiazui financial area (where Oriental Pearl TV tower and Shanghai center located) 4. The Bund. We will get there by metro. 5. Several small historical streets near the Bund. 6. Xintiandi 7. *Secret* (depends on the date)
