In this workshop young and old experience how to create colored bars or bonbons. Lots of fun splashing and or painting a chocolate mold with colored chocolate. After that put dark chocolate in your colored mold to create shells. Then it is time to pipe a delicious filling in your shells. Finally learn how to seal your filling, in other words how to close your bars or bonbons. In between all these chocolate-activities, as molds go in and out of the cooling, there is time to ask questions, have a drink, taste a piece of chocolate or use our facilities. After our 4hrs. workshop you created high-quality chocolate bars or bonbons. All our participants are always very proud of their hand-made chocolates with beautiful colors and delicious fillings. Before leaving you can take a picture of your chocolates in our professional photo studio set-up to surprise your family and friends on Social Media.

I am specialised in making colored chocolate from vegetable, herbs, fruits and flowers. With my colored chocolate I create beautiful bars and bonbons, truly pieces of art. I speak fluent Dutch, Frisian, English, German, and basic French, Russian and Italian. I worked worldwide in Hotel and Tourism industry, today I follow my passion making plant-based chocolate, better for people and better for the planet.
