My crash pizza course is an experience that summarize the whole tradition of Italian pizza masters in an hour. You and me will prepare -strating from flour and water- the inimitable Neapolitan Pizza, from scratch. Come back home with a wonderful memories, a personal experience made of food, wine, anecdotes and laughs. During the all process you will be helped by a passionate and patient professional private chef. No matter what your level of skill in the kitchen. Far from simple cooking lessons, but a source of creative ideas: an immersion in the best Italian food and wine, starting from your personal taste. The best crash pizza course takes place at PummaRe, my creative lab. Each participant has a single station to work from, with a wood board, apron and rolling pin. The only pizza style inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity from UNESCO. Once your hands-on experience is finished, sit down in my cozy restaurant or the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
